Football Academy
Hill House Summer camp are very excited to announce the start of a new week for young people passionate about football and faith.
We were very sad not to run the Camp in 2020 and 2021 due to the Coronavirus pandemic. But we are back ready to go in 2022 and can’t wait to see you!
Following several years of prayer and discussion, things have finally come together.
We have a passionate team, Brazilian football coaches, local facilities and individuals willing to support this initiative from Wales, England and Brazil.
We aim to provide excellent, quality, training and football education for girls and boys of all footballing abilities in a Christian environment. Teaching skills, developing character with pastoral support and care for young people.
Alongside the main programme for youth aged 10-13 there will be a young leader programme for ages 14-15 for 10 individuals who want to further develop football skills and leadership or coaching.
Transport will not be provided as we want to invite parents and carers to join us on Thursday evening at the end of the week for a BBQ and presentation evening to celebrate our young people’s success.
I’m Marc, I’ve been involved with Hill House for around 25 years. I used to speak on older weeks working alongside Ray Thomas, Dave Phipps and Brendan Dykes. It was such an incredible privilege to see God working in the lives of campers and leaders alike and I have been humbled to have a new opportunity to re-engage with Camp through this exciting new football week.
